The Joker virus is a threat to Android users, and Google has detected 24 such apps affected by this malware. Recently those infected apps have been deleted by Google you should remove it too.
The latest threat to Google’s Android sphere is malware known as Joker Virus. Akin to its name Joker virus depends on online ads to sign up users for premium subscriptions and thefts away the background data. The malware is rather dangerous for Android users, and it is also being downloaded extensively on several Android facilitated phones. Until now, Google has removed all the infected apps to redress the Play Store.
Google discovered the existence of the Joker Virus in 24 apps available for download on the Play Store. To rectify the current scenario, it has removed those 24 apps from the Play Store.
Likewise, other virus attacks, Joker-infected apps has been recorded to be downloaded around half a million times. Though Google has already removed all apps from the Play Store still, the threat is very much serious out there in the real world.
Joker virus has been proved to be a prominent threat to Android users for their private data. As the virus was capable of automatically signing up people for premium subscriptions, sneak into SMS, contacts and other personal data of the device.
